Privacy Policy
This page explains what personal data we collect when you use dexteria.ai, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
Last updated: [DATE]
Who we are
Dexteria is run by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], a company registered in [COUNTRY] at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], tax ID [TAX ID]. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy, which means we decide why and how it is used.
You can reach us at any time at [CONTACT EMAIL].
What data we collect
We only collect what we need to answer you and keep the site running.
• Contact form: your name, email address and the message you send us.
• Booking data: if you book a call through our Cal.com link, Cal.com collects your name, email address, the time slot you pick and any notes you add, and passes them to us so we can hold the meeting.
• Technical data: our hosting provider, Framer, automatically logs details such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit in order to deliver the site securely and keep it working.
Please don’t send us sensitive personal data through the form.
Why we use your data and on what legal basis
• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and deliver the mentoring or automation work you ask for. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of that contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
• To schedule and hold the calls you book with us (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
• To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and fix technical problems. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a safe, working website (GDPR art. 6.1.f).
• To keep a record of our correspondence in case we need it to resolve a dispute (GDPR art. 6.1.f).
We don’t use your data for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell it.
Cookies
This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies, and we don’t track you across other websites.
The only thing we store in your browser is your answer to the cookie notice. It is saved in your browser’s local storage under the key “dexteria-cookie-consent” so we don’t show you the notice again. It contains no personal data and stays on your device until you clear your browser data.
Framer, our hosting provider, may set strictly necessary cookies needed to serve the site securely. These don’t require your consent. The Cal.com booking page may set its own cookies, which are covered by Cal.com’s privacy policy.
Third-party processors
A few service providers process data on our behalf, under contracts that oblige them to protect it:
• Framer: hosts this website and handles contact form submissions.
• Cal.com: runs the scheduling tool you use to book calls with us.
• Our email provider: stores and delivers the emails we exchange with you.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is covered by an EU adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep your data
• Enquiries and correspondence: for as long as needed to deal with your request, then up to two years after our last exchange in case you come back to us.
• Client data: for the length of our work together, then for as long as accounting and tax law in [COUNTRY] requires us to keep it.
• Booking data: until the meeting and any follow-up are done, then as above.
• Technical logs: kept by Framer for a limited period under its own security and retention rules.
After that, we delete or anonymise the data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
• Access: find out what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it.
• Rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
• Erasure: have your data deleted when we no longer have a valid reason to keep it.
• Restriction: have processing paused while a question about your data is sorted out.
• Portability: receive the data you gave us in a common, machine-readable format.
• Objection: object to processing based on our legitimate interests. We will stop unless we have compelling grounds to continue.
To use any of these rights, email [CONTACT EMAIL]. We will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the one in [COUNTRY] or in the EU country where you live or work.
Security
We collect as little data as possible and limit access to the people who need it. The site is served over HTTPS, and our providers apply their own technical and organisational safeguards.
No system is perfectly secure, so if you ever suspect a problem with your data, please tell us straight away.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will flag it on this site or email you if we have your address.
